but bad with Rocket Trucks.

Rocket Truck Red I like to call him for the 5% of the time his Rocket trucks roll Sas. Sometimes 5% of the time is all you need for a lil positive feedback. Red is an adult and sometimes loses his temper. He is an excellent target for para in a 4v3. He is known for his acclaimed , "Really?". I dont ever put red on mute on ts but sometimes find myself disconnecting so I dont have to hear it. Red and Bry are both Admins on KMA TS and think they are excellent at what they do. Neither hate and neither favor others. I wish I could do the same. You start talking innapropriately and they will set you straight. Removing either of them in a cesspool of unstable, tempermental young adults would be a mistake to and for the people. As upset as they might be for a bad game you might be moved from a channel or kicked but you wont see an absolute injustice of banning from a server for a "tempermental blow off".
He wont make comments about your significant other or try to politically manipulate people for his own advantage.

If people do so its your right to put them on mute in teamspeak. Not so much to censor them but censor your retaliation that noone wants to hear.

Plus Red is an advocate of mine, makes him an foe of my foes in some peoples head. Im not saying who but my grandparents killed his grandparents. The bridge is burned. It was actually an inflatable donut floatation device in a sewer not a bridge.

good times. i blow up once every 6 months. 6and i blew up 2 weeks ago on 1way so cant do it for 5 n 1/2 more months. dammm. if you nim n lose 2 cores in 8 mins its hard not to Very Happy

Defamation of character.

Operators of blogs are generally immune from liability for defamatory statements posted on their websites, as long as they did not contribute to the posting. In 2003, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a listserv moderator and operator of a website which allegedly published defamatory statements provided by a third party was eligible for immunity under the Communications Decency Act (CDA). Batzel v. Smith, 2003 US App.LEXIS 12736 (9th Cir. 2003). However, if the online service provider plays an active role in soliciting information from users that leads to the defamatory act, the operator may not be protected by the safe harbor provisions of the CDA. In Carafano v. Metrosplash.com, Inc., a federal court ruled on the application of the safe harbor of the Communications Decency Act (CDA). The defendant in that case operated a matchmaking website known matchmaker.com. As part of its service, the defendant collected profiles of singles based on an extensive questionnaire. The plaintiff sued Metrosplash because of a false profile of her which an unknown user had posted to the website. The court ruled that by creating the extensive questionnaire, Metrosplash played an active role in developing the information that had been posted. Furthermore, the court ruled that Metrosplash was an information content provider and thus not eligible for the CDA's safe harbor provided to "interactive computer services." Carafano v. Metrosplash.com, Inc., Case No. CV 01-0018 DT (CWx) C.D. Cal. 2002) (subsequently reversed by appeals court). While operators of blogs and services are generally immune from such liability, the more active the service is with its member's, the greater the likelihood of potential liability as a publisher of defamatory materials.

Shit is starting to get a bit out of hand and we don't need this junk on our forums. Hash this out on TS not in the forums please. In my experience people tend to talk tough on the forums but when it comes to talking one on one things go much better. Not that my opinion matters but the way I see it is this:

1. As far as I know neither Rugg or Golani are members of the Axis and Allies Division
2. Golani putting up a thread about removing Red Arrow was out of line and I should have deleted it, but at least it got moved to the member forums.
3. Far as I know the only way to remove admin rights is through a clan leader or stepping down.

Next time we have a problem with somebody work it out or walk away and come back after you calmed down.

Soon he will qualify for his KMA pension. No money to be made here just lost. 1 year statute of limitations on internet postings for defamation of character. You dont need a lawyer for a conditional letter but you need one to defend against one.
