Welcome to the first ever King of the Beach Axis and Allies 2 v 2 Tourney.

The qualifiers round has been set. See below. You have 10 days from 9/27/2010 to complete all your games. The order does not matter. Send me the game film to my email usbenefits_rp@yahoo.com along with what team one, time and how many units each player lost. The person responsible for sending me the film is the first person named in the match listed below.

Remember, be respectful, have fun, don't cheat, no hacking, morale or otherwise. Do your best thats all I ask! lol...

In this tournament you do not need a set partner initially.

All players must send me their email address. I will be following up with the progress of each bracket and games after the initial team selection phase.

Initial Team Selection
• Each player will be put into a bracket and play each person in their bracket.
• Record what team one and each persons’ score.
• Each bracket has one week to finish all their games.
• Send all game films to usbenefits_rp@yahoo.com
• The winner of each bracket will get to pick their partner.
o The player that wins the most games in their bracket wins. If their is a tie, then it is the player that won with the fastest average win time. The order of picking players is determined first by the number of wins, then by the fastest average win time. The player that has the second highest wins, fastest time that won their bracket picks next, and so on, until everyone gets picked.
o If there are an odd number of players, the last person not picked is out of the tourney.
o The #1 Seeded Team will play the last Seeded team. The second Seeded Team will play the second to last seeded team.
o You do not need to pick a player in your bracket. Everyone is open. If a player refuses to play with the player that picks them then that player forfeits their spot in the tournament.

The first phase is to pick teams.

Now the real fun begins. Once teams are played the teams play against each other based on the bracket I will send out that starts by seed selection outlined above. Players have three days after the

Basic rules
No cheating, hacking, etc. Please be respectful. Most of us get a long, but some do not. However, lets have fun and see who is the king of the beach.

Interesting...So basicly good players which beat their opponent quickly will get an extra penalty to choose last? Shocked

If you end up playing vs bud, make sure one of you win big, so he can pick you as a teammate. Is that cheating? Smile

Crimson, great points. I didn't consider that. We could do to the fastest time. Then highest kill ratio. In regards to friend, I guess that could happen but you still have to play different combos and each bracket has a different winner which may rank up above you and pick your prized buddy.

I will change it from the highest score to the fastest time. That is a better idea.

Any other thing to consider post it.

My advice is to keep the rules as simple as possible.

Changing it from highest to the fastest time is even better. If you lose before 5 min you get an extra bonus. The lose doesn't count! Smile

What are you trying to gain by having a prequalification? Even out the teams? How about all the problems with people that don't wanna play together?

Would probably be quicker to just draw teams as they do in soccer championship.

If anyone can cheat, they will. Referance...last tourney...everyone forgot that one??

All the participants have to play a qualifing round to decide in which order who will be able to pick their partner in crime.

Russian boy, if you use two hour to beat lamo in the first qualifed round. Then everyone that beat their opponent faster will be able to pick their partner before you. So in the end you will be stuck with Brybag. Shocked
