This is exactly why we need to make recruitment last a period of time and get new recruits on TS, kind of like a probation period, if they don't tick the boxes during this period they don't become a full member |

No need to race them on recruiting, i believe people would want to join KMA for who we are and not only our talent. Considering general attitude of DOG i doubt that many good players will last very long with them, if they do then they probably wouldn't have fit in KMA anyway. |
