I am currently working on a computer brought to me by one of my clients.
Syptoms:
No Post (Single Tone at boot{Power On Self Test})
No Vidio To Monitor
Motherboard, CPU, Fans, LEDs all getting power
No Bios Beep Codes What-so-ever

Power Supply is good. Tried multiple vidio cards, removed all expansion cards, and perephial devices.

Installed new Motherboard speaker to make sure that the case speaker was not defective; in an attempt to gain a beep code error.

Checked board and cpu for burn marks and bad transistors, none found.

For kicks, I cleared the CMOS.

Removed RAM and attempted boot to try to force a new error to see if the BIOS code would activate indicating no RAM. No such luck.

As of right now, this is a work in progress, I will get back to you when I locate the problem.

check the ram memory,i had the same thing like that happen to me and it was a dead memory stick
