liquid cooling scares me, water and electricity dont mix. one hardware malfunction and you could lose your hole system. very dangerous Confused

not really...these systems are quite well put together and as long as you dont fuck with it too much...i cant see any problems.

The potential for damage is there...but at the same time..if you are using ya system and running it that hot, you really dont have much alternative options, apart from huge heat sinks and heaps of fans

liquid cooling is more efficient, but with the inherant risk i dont think ill try it, at least not until i've come in contact with it and been conviced of it's safety. Confused

Yeah.. There's a new kind of cooling method upcomming.. I think it was decompress air cooling or something.. Should be better than water cooling.. But then again, who wants a decompressor in his room ?

havent heard of it but it sounds interesting, ill have to google it. i dont imagine that the decompressor would be a huge gas powered machine like you insinuated. it still may be loud though

Ive got no problems with my watercooling.. my temp of cpu is now 31 degrees idle. (clocked it from 2,3 to 2,8 ghz... Ive orderd now a cooler for my videocard, northbridge and my mosfet.. My motherboard temp is now 30 degrees, but when my new stuff is in it should be like 26 degrees.

Watercooling aint scared if you use it normal and instal it correctly. 1 of the important things to build watercooler is the quit pc you get and you can clock your pc amezing high!!

i want to get my pc up to 3,2 ghz, but first i need another pump so it cools even better.. got an AMD x2 4400+, so then it should be like an 6400+ Very Happy Very Happy

A true angel

and a decompressor sounds great but loud, water cooling is against my religion, so ill wait and see if they upgrade the air compressor and make it more muffled or silent.
