find the URL
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rWLJ-BgZwc
and wrap in bbcode tags like so:

If it's a video on your PC the easiest way to put it on the internet would be to signup for an account with youtube or googlevideo, or, have your own hosting space so you can upload... You may require additional software to convert format if you go that route...
