EDIT: After reading a post below mine you stated that you don't own any servers and are not the same clan I'm thinking about. You can delete this.
Oh and, if I might trouble you, if anyone knows where the <{KmA}> website is (the one with the server) where I can put my appeal there, could you please give it to me? Thanks in advance.

I'm not going to waste your time screaming and using caps.

Today I was banned by one of your members or an admin of your server(i forgot the name). First he kicked me for shooting at a BUILDING. Afterwords I came back in and I asked him why he had kicked me. He then told me to stop doing "that", which I had no idea what "that" was. I asked him what, and he told me "you know what". I told him I did not, and then he banned me with the following kind message: "Fuck you bitch".

I have to say, this is an awful picture for your clan. Normally, most of your admins and members are friendly and not so abusive of their powers, but in this case not.

Anyways, I am asking if this ban could be lifted, as I enjoy playing in your otherwise fun server. I'm sorry I can't remember the name, but if he reads this I'm sure he'll have something intelligent and "kind" to say to me. I do remember that in game he had an orange name (through use of code put on his clan tag). I hope you consider this post and remove this unfair ban.

not sure of the other clans website...who ever they are they are posers and should be dealt with accordingly....a swift kick to the nuts is in order

Well, thanks anyways. I'm sure I'll find out eventually. I can use my friends who aren't banned to maybe find out. I find it incredibly sad though that people will imitate another clan. It's sad enough to imitate a single person, but an entire clan of people? They really have no life, which is why they are stealing yours >_>.
