This was on triple threat clan fourms then i was pm that my thread would get deleted so and lamo carwash told me to start posting here
in Axis and allies my name is map_n_map
I have Fraps working again so no longer small pics also its been quiet with no posts or votes

october 1953 russia building a nucular weapon base on the island
october 27th 1953 united states prepares an assult called operatino homeland

April 5 update
This pic is what i have so far on the unit shading
this is the menu test backround
story behind this pic. My modeler was messing around with the medium tank and he thought this looked cool he sent it to me it looke pretty cool odd loocking so i made it into a offical mod vehicle. its great agaisnt tanks and infantry but relly slow and not strong armor.
this one got the sfx error im gonna fix by release but here another pic of it battleing

An update for skirmish modes
Also i woud like to note this od isent same axis and allies were im sure all comps run it fine. due to massive high quailty textures and having massive battles with helis that worked well the game kinda start running slow pending on size of battle going on and we removed all building and pop limits also added new resouce called propaganda which when u capture a city u can purchase speical units and merces with this.
capture the flag: This was a huge sucess and worked relly well. the Ai were waypointed relly good and i been having fun with odd maps.
Team deathmatch: This mode relyl explained relly well owh ever gets 50 reg kills first wins relly basic and has respawn
conquer and defend: objective base to capture certain points on the map and hold them until timer runs out.
Master of defense: if u ever played cnc u may have heard this were u hold massive waves of enemys.
ZOMBIE: holding off zombies withjust a huge inventory of infantry ow exciting. evertime a reg dies the zombies get larger and zombies get 1 hit kills so requires lots of skill and i know people find snipers are great for this lol. snipers cant kill like 50 zombies at once and snipers only come signal no regiments so they might get owned
Default skirmish: pretty much the same as u play in Axis and allies
If u have any game mode requast id like to hear it and we might be able to do something

We been uv mapping for new unit and building and is taking a long time we also enhancedthe AI a little bit
We added 3 new triggers for the mod
including
enemys lose health amount
terrain change {we still having problems with this}
Side loses money
A day/night trigger {this is already able to be done but this saves time of doing it"
Thisi think effected the AI force stregth the most but because most of the vaules were changed and this is basic Ai edit so not that great

looks cool man glad you stopped by... "zombie mode" and "master of defense" ... lol i love it, very cool might be a 1 player mode worth playing!

i don't think he has it anymore but anyway a mod called forgotton comatents might combine and mainly i was clared by val that the thread isent gonna get deleted. also for the audio it all on triple threat clan fourms and this is the link for the site im using for some of the music

Been relly quiet anyway this mod isent dead jsut we been slow latly and the UV mapping been relly annoying to do. also im gonan show i video soon of master of defense game mode and capture the flag.
May 21 update
We have a planned release date to be befor August 10,2009. This might not be true because we ran into many problems so were taking the inportant parts of the mod to backup and re extract data folder and fix it from there. Also for the video i promised ill have that up soon after everthink is fixed. |

i dont know if im allowed to double post but
I would like to announce that this mod will be dead until we can find out by the people that are helping if they want to continue but i think this mod has reached its point of death because of us losing 2 people that helped and lack of activity. id like the hear what you people think we should do with this mod. |

Update june 22
This mod is back and i still dont have goldman stuff but i decided to work on it again and i fixed the water texture so it looks more realistic. also i shadered the units. also made i made heli and AI to use ships to mvoe around and attack you. also artillery and bunkers can attack amphibious boats.
This is my log wall test it not finished yet and because i restarted much of the mod over again i need to redo units
Mini Update
Last night i worked no some range to make battle more realistic instead of having it were tanks need to be liek 5 inches apart to fire kinda fake. I added a Speicalop alled artillery strike and im stil working on the projectile for it. it has a good radius and highly effective against tanks,infantry but is not as strong against buildings. im also working on new building sets. |

i been textureing the USA bunker and i still have a little more texture work to do befor its 100% done
This Pic i decided to allow barbed wire to be buildable and this is not easy to do and im not lieing and yet im still not done. why is it hard because of changing alot fo the script to make it compatle to be built anyway this is still being wokred on because of the textures and blocking and yes they do block but are easyaly destructable so there ment to be used wisly like making barracades and so on
Sorry guys the barbed wire didt work out the way i thought i could never get headgehogs out of rainbow ill trey it again later anyway as i promised i would retexture the units pic may be hard to see but yes the infantry are retextured except for the CO

Kinda anyway barbed wire would be useful if i can get it to work right but until then i can make minefields buildable and beach hedgehogs buildable. The barbed wire would be useful because i saw you could shoot over it but you couldent walk through it until destroyed and that what i thought was cool about it and im gld people are liking this mod
Planed phases for mod release
phase 1 release of the completed american side
phase 2 will be completed russian side along with american
phase 3 complete mod done with all game modes and champign
After that will be small patches for mod and balence fixes and couple new maps
Here is my near compleation with the light infantry CO i changed the backround portriot look all peacful dosent it
here the motar crew and this is the regiemtn 3 guys in front and 1 motar.
information about it
pros: good range and attack
cons: small group and requires good protection, cant fire at regiment when close up , not the strong in health wise , requires a technology
the regiemt setup is customly done by me

well barbed wire right now cant be crushed but will act as a structure so you need to shoot them and xtreme is a really hard process to turn a doodad to a buildablr structure and it can be done.
here is the building of it
For the phase 1 release we are about 2-3 weeks possible 4 but the time when i go on vacation to cedar point near end of july so i want release by then and if anyone out there has a mic to do callouts for units or knows how to get gun sounds ill take that help.
The anti tank unit is a lone unit and i kinda sized the explosions a little more i tryed to take a pic of it
this is the skytrain i might not retexture them

1 to 2 weeks i m going to have a beta and since i scripted for 12 player to be in 1 match because i was able to change map size stuff and make it more intresting of a fight i decided to allow 11 players to join me in the civil battle because all i have almsot done is american side. the abilty of a tester is to help out with good balence, bugs, and unit cost amounts to be edited. i been testing it alot and i cant try it alone. so joni the fight and i might see you in the battle in 1 to 2 weeks soldier. |

why??
Because i wasent ready to go this far into making a mod even though i was like 95% done on american side i just cant finish it and with my vbaction comming up and gonig back to school i wouldent even get time to work on it that much.
What will i do now??
there are many things i can do i could make mini mods like editor add-ons and Enhanced AI mods.
With permission from a KMA Admin i would make a tutorial thread for the AA comunity of alot of thing i did in this mod
What will happend to this mod??
id propaly keep it on my harddrive just if i do finish this mod when ihaven time and nothing better to do |
